DAY PACKAGE

Do you want to participate in the Girls' Weekend without accommodation? We have now opened up our day package.
The day package includes breakfast, activities, lectures, training sessions, entrance to the spa and 3-course dinner/buffet.

LECTURE & TRAINING WITH JENNY FREÉD

Jenny, one of Sweden's foremost health and fitness profiles, will be visiting the girls' weekend with both a lecture and a strength session. As a licensed personal trainer and weightlifting coach at elite level, she has been inspiring and supporting women in the world of strength training for over a decade. With her background as a lecturer, counsellor and massage therapist, she is passionate about strengthening both body and mind - and her life journey, from mental illness to becoming a strong voice for women's rights and well-being, makes her message extra powerful.

LECTURE

Jenny will talk about her own journey and give her best tools as an active talk therapist and lecturer in the mental power and awareness that we often work counterproductively against. To embrace yourself and flip your mindset to live smarter and kinder to yourself in everyday life. Exercises and tasks with active breaking of patterns will be practised on site both in groups and individually.

INVIGORATING WORKOUTS

Exercise is a reward and should not be practised as punishment or compensation. Jenny takes you into her world both mentally and physically where we train a strong and joyful strength session that will strengthen who you are and focus on awareness and Mind To Muscle. A workout where everyone regardless of level can participate.

You are not weak or bad, then we simply have not learnt everything yet and repeated until it sits. What you do not know, you will learn with me. Dare to show up for yourself. Friends and non-judgemental eyes are in place to welcome and empower each other together."
