Cancellation or rebooking

Spa treatment bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. For cancellation or rebooking please contact the reception by phone 0682-413030.
Booked treatments include 1.5 hours of admission to the bath and sauna. Spa time can be used before the booked treatment.

The treatments are not performed on skin with open wounds, herpes, active inflammation in the body (e.g. fever, pain, eye inflammation, vagal), sunburned skin with redness, recent surgery, Fillers (14 days), Botox (3 months), pregnancy (16 weeks).
