Eating

We have many options for both small and large parties

Be served in Restaurant Vinterträdgården, Kopparsalen or at Fjällsidan. Are you a closed group? You are welcome to sit privately in Kalles Källare or why not in one of our mountain lodges out in nature, in direct proximity to the mountains and wilderness.

Our menus

Welcome to enjoy a mountain-inspired breakfast buffet, lunch or dinner in fantastic surroundings. We offer lunch of the day, 3-course dinner in the evening and bistro menu.

Lunch & bistro menu can be pre-booked or drop-in. Please note that some weeks are busier than others and may therefore be full.

The winter garden

In the Winter Garden, our kitchen serves a 3-course menu every evening, which is often included in our hotel packages when you stay with us. The menu varies from night to night. Here in Vinterträdgården's restaurant, the green is in focus. We like to work with what comes from the forest, the mountains and Norrland's pantry.

Each evening we put together a drinks package to ensure you have the very best experience. Feel free to ask our staff about other options or if you prefer something from our wine cellar.

Winter garden bar

Relax with a warming drink and a snack or a cold beer from the local brewery KGB or enjoy a main course from the mountain menu with a bottle of wine. In the Winter Garden Bar, ski wear, including suits, bathrobes and slippers, is acceptable attire.

Copper Hall

Copper Hall

Every morning a delicious breakfast is served in our Kopparsal. The setting is rustic with a genuine mountain feel. We want to give you the best start to your day!

Fjällsidan

Where classic bistro dishes meet tough wines from Mezzacorona and Borgogno - or an ice-cold beer if you prefer. After a day on the slopes, when your cheeks still bear traces of snow and sun.
